Georgia Transplant Foundation

The Georgia Transplant Foundation is a non-profit organization with a mission to help meet the needs of organ transplant candidates, living donors, recipients and their families by providing information and education regarding organ transplantation, granting financial assistance and being an advocate for sustaining and enriching lives everyday.

Georgia Regents Medical Center transplant patients have benefited greatly from the variety of programs GTF offers.  For specific information regarding GTF programs, please visit www.gatransplant.org.

MAP (Medication Access Program)

The MAP (Medication Access Program) provides medication assistance to solid organ transplant recipients residing in the state of Georgia.  MAP is made possible by a grant from the Carlos and Marguerite Mason Trust Fund and is administered by the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy.

Georgia Regents Medical Center has a dedicated MAP pharmacist who can assist with enrollment.  If you would like additional information please visit www.mapuga.com or call 706-721-2888 and ask for the MAP pharmacist.
