  • Read and heed all directions, warnings and precautions.

  • Don't take medications and vitamin or mineral supplements at the same time without first checking with your health care provider or pharmacist.

  • Call your doctor, 911 or your area's emergency-response number if you are suffering a life-threatening allergic reaction to a medication.
