Kids Need Breakfast

If your kids try to slip out the door without breakfast, don't let them. Children who skip breakfast don't consume enough grains, milk, and fruit -- even if they eat healthy lunches and dinners, according to the USDA Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion. As a result, they don't consume enough calcium, fiber and iron.
