Computer Eye Problems

If you sit at your computer for hours on end, you could end up with eyestrain, blurred vision or headaches. These symptoms can be caused by poor lighting, glare, a poorly arranged workstation or vision problems, according to the American Optometric Association (AOA). To ease the strain, take frequent breaks. Make an effort to blink more. Use a tear replacement. Eliminate glare on the screen and adjust the screen so it's four to nine inches below your eye level and 20 to 26 inches from your eyes.
