Lean is better

You don't have to cut out red meat to eat healthfully. Buy lean cuts and limit yourself to no more than six ounces a day, according to the American Dietetic Association. (Three ounces of red meat is about the size of a deck of cards.) Look for the word "lean" on the label. Good choices include loin or round cuts.
