Running Shoes Need Close Look

Inspect a pair of running shoes before buying them. The American Running Association (ARA) offers these tips to prevent injury: Make sure each shoe is glued together securely and that the upper part is glued straight into the sole. Check to be sure the inside and the outside of the heel is even when placed on a flat surface and that the sole doesn't roll inward or outward.
