Make the Time to Exercise

You're probably not too busy to exercise -- even if you think you are, say exercise experts at Brown University. To prove it: Schedule time to work out, then do it no matter what, even if it's just for 10 minutes. Come the end of the day, ask yourself if you were less productive than usual. More than likely the answer will be no, and that excuse will no longer work.
