Your Wig Fitting Appointment

This service is for wigs and partial hair pieces with special customization and fit specific to medically induced hair loss, alopecia, partial hair loss, and fashion wear.  Please call 706-721-0466 to make your wig fitting appointment.

Before your appointment

You must bring a prescription from your doctor if we are to file for insurance.  Check with your insurance in advance to make sure your policy will cover the products.  Medicare or Medicaid will not pay for wigs.

At your appointment

You will see an experienced wig-fitter who will help you choose a wig in a suitable style and color.  This takes about one hour. We will show you how to put the wig on and how to care for it.  If we need to order you a wig, we will contact you once it arrives and arrange a fitting appointment if needed.

Please note that there may be a prescription charge for some wigs, although wigs for cancer patients are free of charge.

Accessories for your wig

We offer free of charge for each wig purchased:

• Shampoo
• Conditioner
• Foam head
• Comb, brush, and pick
• Customized cutting, thinning and styling for each wig.
