Understanding Stroke, Blood Pressure

Class will include:

• Identifying the human cost of stroke
• Recognize stroke risk factors
• Recognize stroke signs and symptoms
• Discuss stroke prevention
• State the importance of early activation of EMS by calling 911 when stroke symptoms are witnessed
• Free blood pressure testing and education regarding blood pressure
