Pricing Information
As more and more insurance plans increase their premiums and deductibles, and as heallth care savings accounts become more common, it's not surprising that patients are asking questions about their care options and the price of their care. At Georgia Regents Medical Center, we understand the importance price plays in your health care decisions. That's why we are proud to be the only hospital in Georgia named to the Community Value Top Index Top 100 hospitals list for 2007. The annual listing identifies the top hospitals nationally in terms of value to the community, which is defined as financial strength, reinvestment, cost of care and pricing.
To maintain high levels of service, Medical Center regularly evaluates our average charges to ensure they are competitive in the marketplace. We accept all major insurance providers, including Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia, United Healthcare, CIGNA, Aetna, Great West Health Care and others in addition to Medicare and Medicaid.
