Cargill H. Alleyne, Jr., MD is the Marshall Allen Distinguished Chair of the Department of Neurosurgery and is fellowship trained in both Cerebrovascular and Skull Base Tumor Surgery. Dr. Alleyne has been recognized by Best Doctors in America and America’s Top Surgeons.

Haroon F. Choudhri, MD is a globally recognized spine surgeon who is fellowship trained in both neurosurgery and orthopedic surgery. Dr. Choudhri performs highly complex surgeries and surgeries on patients who have multiple medical problems that require coordinated care.

S. Dion Macomson, MD is the Assistant Director of the Neurosurgery Residency Program with clinical expertise in craniofacial abnormalities. Dr. Macomson works with both adult and pediatric patients to offer surgical solutions for the full spectrum of neurosurgical diseases.

John Tuttle, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Neurosurgery and Orthopaedics. He is fellowship trained in both orthopaedic spinal surgery and neurosurgery. Dr. Tuttle's expertise is in cervical and lumbar degenerative disorders, kyphoplasty for osteoporotic compression fractures, complex spine surgery, spinal trauma, and minimally invasive spine surgery.

John R. Vender, MD is the Medical Director of the Georgia Regents Medical Center Gamma Knife Center. In addition to his clinical expertise with brain tumors and skull base surgery, Dr. Vender is the physician specialist for Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus and a part of the surgical team for Implantable Pain Management and Therapy.
