Pharmacy Residency Programs
Thank you for your interest in our ASHP-Accredited Pharmacy Residency Programs. Georgia Regents Medical Center Pharmacy residencies are offered in conjunction with the University of Georgia (UGA) College of Pharmacy. Residents are appointed as graduate teaching assistants for the College of Pharmacy and earn graduate school credit for components of the residency, including clinical pharmacy, teaching and research activities. The University of Georgia awards a graduate certificate for successful completion of the residency program. Applicants for the Georgia Regents Medical Center-University of Georgia College of Pharmacy residencies must be eligible for license as a pharmacist in Georgia at the start of the residency.
More than three decades of Pharmacy Residency graduates are making a difference in a variety of practice settings.
