Black History Month

Cowboy Mike, aka Michael Searles, is a history professor at Augusta State University. His childhood fascination with cowboys led him to question why none were black. Through his books, articles and presentations, the role of the Buffalo Soldiers in Western history is now well known to children across the United States.
