Ray, MD        Courtney Gustin, RN, Certified Nurse Midwife Ms. Gustin has an extensive background in nursing.  She was a perinatal and an obstetrics nurse educator here at MCG a few years ago.  She has brought children into the world as a certified midwife in Atlanta and now she's back at MCG where she is practicing midwifery in an inpatient setting.  She is fluent in French and has completed Spanish for Healthcare Providers.   She received her Masters in Science, Nursing, Midwifery at the University of Illinois at Chicago and her BA at the University of Iowa.  She also served her country earning the rank of Captain in the U S Army where she helped prepare fellow soldiers and equipment for deployment to the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan.
